Michael Mogavero
Managing Director, Sales

Michael joined Equable in November 2023 and currently serves as a Managing Director of Sales. Michael has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector with various institutions.

Prior to joining Equable Shares, Michael was a director at Wells Fargo where he was responsible for sourcing and managing investments for institutional relationships. He served as the Director of Institutional and Intermediary Distribution for Penn Capital, a boutique investment firm with a focus on sub-investment grade credit. At Penn, he worked with the firm's largest endowments, foundations, consultants and institutional investors. Prior to Penn, Michael was a Director at Legg Mason Global Asset Management where he oversaw Legg's efforts in the Pacific Northwest. He has also held an advisory role at Merrill Lynch. 

Mr. Mogavero holds a B.A. in Economics with honors from New York University. He was the recipient of the Founders Day Award and Osher Foundation Scholarship for his academic achievements.
